Once payment has been received (or cleared in the case of cheques) your purchase will be shipped.
SHIPPING
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE
All shipping originates from United Kingdom. Shipment will be via Royal mail. Orders are generally shipped on the day after full payment, but please allow up to 3 days.
Items usually take 1-3 days within the United Kingdom.
2-7 days for the United States Of America.
Other Countries do vary and customs can cause a delay
So please allow up to 28 days for delivery.
All prints and art are sent flat in strong cardboard padding, ensuring your new print or art arrives in perfect condition.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
You have 7 days from making your purchase to cancel your order, if your order has already been shipped then it needs to be returned to us in brand new condition before a refund is made.
Please note completed pet portraits and commissions are exempt from refunds.
If you wish to exchange your product please email us first.
If for any reason you need to return an item, please email us at majestikart@aol.com subject line "Refunds and exchanges" within 7 days of the shipping date to arrange a refund.
Products must be returned unused and in the same condition that it was sent to you.
We cannot make refunds for items that have been damaged by you after receipt.
We will not be able to refund or exchange returned items where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed.
PRIVACY
We completely respect my visitors and our customers privacy.
We don't rent/sell/give away any of our customers information.
All information is kept secure at all times.
We will never send out unsolicited emails, That's why we have a mailing list
We will never hold /store/ see any of your financial details, all payments are secure through Paypal.
